Shipping Policy

Every made-to-order Colours of Arley piece is made in our UK workshop. Below you'll find our current lead times for each product. If you're working to a deadline, do get in touch with our team and we'll always do our best to help.

Fabric Samples

Fabric samples are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of your order, so you can feel the quality and see the shade true to life before committing to your design.

Fabric by the Metre

All fabric lengths are made to order. Please allow 8 to 10 working days from the date of your order for delivery.

Bespoke Cushions

Our bespoke cushions are made to order, with a lead time of 1 to 2 weeks. Need yours sooner? Contact our team and we'll happily see what we can do.

Bench Seats

Standard bench seats take 4 to 5 weeks to make. Larger or more intricate projects may take a little longer. We'll keep you updated throughout, so you always know where your piece is in the process.

Curtains

Made to measure and made to order, our curtains have a lead time of 3 to 4 weeks.

Shower Curtains

Bespoke to your exact measurements, shower curtains are made within 2 to 3 weeks.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. All international orders include pre-paid duties and taxes, calculated and added at checkout, so there are no surprise costs when your order arrives. If you'd prefer to receive your order with duties unpaid (DDU), just get in touch with our team and we'll be happy to arrange this for you.
