Refund policy

Our company only offers custom products and as such, all of our products including our samples are made to order. This means we cannot offer refunds for these unless the products are faulty. We encourage customers to order a sample so they can check the colour and quality of the fabric. Once fabric has been cut, it is non-refundable, including in the event of a fault. Any issues must be identified prior to cutting, as cut fabric falls outside of our terms and conditions.
